Translate Interface don't find Built-In strings, even after rendering.

I have researched about this but can't find the problem.

Translate Interface don't find Built-In strings, not even one from the Translate interface page itself, like "String contains".

Just in case, Locale and Content translation modules is enabled. Help much appreciated!
