dawehnerI needed a ctools jump menu implementation in D8, so I came up with https://www.drupal.org/sandbox/dereine/2747697 I'm wondering whether we could join the efforts,
maybe by merging the two modules and provide a submodule for actually providing a menu jumpmenu, so people can easily add dependencies to a module just providing jump menus ...

If you want to, sure why not. Thank you!
Do you prefer a single commit? The sandbox has a different git history anyway, so maybe its the right thing to do?

gnugetHi!
I just used today the @dawehner's solution and it is working super great.
are there still plans to merge efforts?
It would be great.
Let me know if I can help with something.
Thanks!
