I am getting a Error 900 in watchdog when the Free Mollom servers can't be contacted (confirmed by going to the settings page and receiving an error message). The problem I am experiencing is that when the Mollom servers are down, a captcha is not displayed (expected) but instead of the form submission being allowed, the user is redirected back to the form. I have the settings correct to allow submissions when the servers are unreachable.
Any suggestions?
(I am trying to talk the boss into purchasing a Mollom plan but I thought this should be reported anyway)

sunYuck! You're right on both fronts.

sunAttached patch should pass tests.
sunSpeaking of tests, the existing fallback mode tests should have caught this, but they did not test for error messages.
Attached patch additionally adjusts them.
