Manage order list shows the edit select in the header instead in column operations in Google Chrome browser (see attachment1). It is ok if I use the Firefox browser (see attachment2). I did not check with Internet Explorer (as not available on my linux machine)

Are you using the latest release of shiny? This was an old bug that should have been fixed.

I'm pretty sure this is fixed if you're using the latest release 7x-1.3. If this is still an issue, feel free to reopen and include any version numbers that will help to replicate the issue.
