Not yet sure how to reproduce, but I get this if I add a new translation.

Error: InvalidArgumentException: Invalid translation language (de) specified. in Drupal\Core\Entity\ContentEntityBase->addTranslation() (Line 674 of core\lib\Drupal\Core\Entity\ContentEntityBase.php).

Path is then: /drupal8/de/node/1/translations/add/en/de
