Is there a plan to make field collection work with subscription module?

Notifications + Messaging provides a great way for users to get notified when there is a change on the node. There is an awesome add-on Notification Team which gives a great UI for users to subscribe others to receive or not to receive notifications for any changes. This works well with node view and comments. Is it possible to add the same to field collections?
