Currently openpublic is running a won't fix nodequeue patch that changed qid to be a machine name. 7.x-2.x-dev introduces a name element to act as a machine name, but doesn't use it. 7.x-3.x drops qid and uses name everywhere (~.~!).

Reasoning for upgrading is to fix bugs and get latest features.
