Loaded all the modules and libraries described in your instructions but i still get the above error. Can you define which modules work (i.e. dev or recommended etc)

Please describe the steps required to reproduce this bug. Where exactly do you see this error?

Both releases of the module should work, but be aware that the -dev version is considered unstable because it changes frequently, and thus you shouldn't use it in a production environment.
