Whenever a user tries to upload new content or comment, d page loads indefinitely then finally says error loading page. Meanwhile, it would have been uploaded in d background. D result is that u end up placing the same thing multiple times. Any ideas please?

Check both the server and the Drupal error logs for clues. There's really not much more that we can say because, quite frankly, it could be a million things. The error logs are your friend here.

Thank u very much. I think I would look into that. I tried to get my website administrator and even the support services of my server hosts to look into it, but they all came up short. Do u provide customised maintenance services?
