incorrect radioactivity calculations (and defaults?), seen in views

so this is an odd one - the module appears to be incorrectly (or not at all) updating/modifying radioactivity based on views or decay from lack of views - and most odd: when views displays by sort desc or asc based on radioactivity, it completely ignores the actual radioactivity!

any thoughts about possible module conflicts or things to look for? i do not have stats enabled, so no idea what else may be logging - and cron is running just fine...like it just stopped working the way it's supposed to and i'm at a loss

btw: that last node photo where it shows 806 hours for a default setting of 50 was showing during *creation* of a node, in which case it has not even been viewed at all, so no idea how it gets 806 hours (circa one month)
