Conditional Fields - 7.x-3.x-dev

We have two fields in a webform one is dependent based on the other being answered as 'Yes'. The conditional works great in the full page version of the form but is not working in the block version of that same webform. Do I need to change a setting?

Not sure what i was doing or if it was a server issue, the block form is currently working just as expected. I consider this issue closed or withdrawn.
