Format time duration

I am creating a drupal google analytics dashboard. I want to have a view that gives that average time spent on the site over the last 30 days. The problem is that views automatically formats the time in seconds and I cannot seem to find a way to change the format to something like 1 minute 23 seconds.

Any help would be appreciated.
