I need help about how to configure menu (with icons) on the leftside.
I want to customize the links but i can make it.
Please can you advice me.

This is fixed on the latest dev. Under the new theme settings, you can now choose the menu source. If you choose any menu (like main-menu), it will pull the tiles from there. You can thus now manage this as any Drupal menu.
