Here's a new one I think. When I save field collection data on one node, it's saved on all nodes that use the field collection. Basically all the nodes references the same field collection entity. I'm downgrading to beta 4 where I never saw this problem.

If they are nodes that were copied with node_clone this is a known issue. #1304214: Doesn't clone properly

Otherwise, can you provide steps to reproduce this? I haven't seen it in any other context.
