Create a stylesheet for Printing in oa_radix. This could actually be tricky and need some discussion, but in general, exclude sidebars in print output. For content pages (discussions, document pages) that works fine. For events, might want to print the map (which is in sidebar). So maybe each content type needs some sort of print spec or config?
For sections/spaces they can be customized with Panopoly so probably want to keep sidebars in the print output.
Maybe just exclude the toolbar/banners/menus/footer??
