When trying to configure a field (webform), nothing happens, the small blue wheel does not stop rotating. When opening the configure-link in a new browserwindow i can configure everything. Where does this behavior come from?

I have this same problem with all the fields, not just text and email. I am using 7.x-1.4+3-dev with the same issues.
