Hi

I would like to know if there is a domain specific template naming for theming subdomain. For example page-domain-subDomain1.maindomain.tpl.php or page-domain-subDomain2.tpl.php. I would like to create different page.tpl.php file for various sub domain pages.

There is not, but that's fairly easy to provide in your template.php I believe.
