Update documentation pages about d.org

Let's use this issue to collect any other Drupal.org pages that need update which the community can't update because they don't know the answers.

When doing so, please continue to edit pages where the answers are known rather than adding those to the list :)

Also the "Related Issues" section suggested in the Issue Summary Template standards should be removed. People should be encouraged to use the new dedicated "Related issues" metadata section in the new issue edit form.

PS: I would edit it myself, but I don't have permissions :/

Added a few more pages to the list. Sorry I don't have a chance right now to actually edit the pages, but I wanted to capture them here for later. Maybe once there are no longer Critical and Major bugs from the upgrade I can make time to pay off technical debt and update the docs.

No worries. I wasn't complaining though. Maybe instead of :( I should have done :p to make that clear.

Updated various pages today. Some of them were updated already. Some can still be improved, but at least information is now up-to-date.
