Whenever a new anonymous guest has made a booking, View - Orders shows his name in the third column and when one clicks to display that Order, all the address info ('Billing Information') is shown. This is how it should be.

When I as an administrator add a new booking through Bulk Availability Management, I am asked to fill in a new Customer Profile. That is allright, but when I thereafter go to View - Orders, the name-column is empty and when I ask for a display of the Order, the 'Billing Information' is totally empty as well. There is however a Costomer profile of that customer, but contrary to the first scenario it is not linked to the billing information this time.

If I then change anything in this empty Customer Profile it is saved a a new profile, and the old Customer profile loses its connection to the order.

Can anyone reproduce this? And is there a workaround?

I've been unable to reproduce this. I've tried creating several orders from the bulk management interface and the commerce orders are created correctly and linked to the customer profile.

@dialn, note that the attached screenshot is for the shopping cart list, not for the order list. Rooms doesn't create order in shopping cart status from the bulk management interface, so the user flow to get this problem must be different.

Could you provide more info about this?

I got to reproduce this in version 7.x-1.0.

It was fixed in #2012856: Customer information is not retained in order after adding new customer profile during booking creation in admin

I have just run into the same situation.

I was inputting bookings as an admin, and wondering why billing information wasnt showing up in views reference fields.

An anonymous users details show up fine, but when I enter it as an admin, no billing address details are carried over onto the orders page.
