Rules action to re-send validation link

I would like to request that a new rule action is added that re-sends the validation link. I think that should be pretty straight forward. I may try to write a patch myself soon...

Use case would be when you might have something on your site that is only accessible once the user has validated their email. You could have a rule fire in the even that they try to access that content that tells them that they need to validate their email and that a new email with the validation link has been sent to them.

My specific use case is with commerce coupon. I have a coupon that can only be used once they have validated their email and I would like it to not only tell them that they need to validate their email first but also that a new email has been sent for them to validate.
