I need to apply specific discounts to each item in a product kit but the module forces a calculated discount between each product and ignores the discounts I set.

Is there no way to apply your own discounts?

Ignore this. I did not realize that adding a total would force this functionality. Removing the total allows setting your own discounts to get the appropriate pricing you want. That wasn't exactly clear what was going on there.

This is documented directly below the total field: "If this field is set, the discounts of the individual products will be recalculated to equal this value." - if you have suggestions on how to make this more obvious, please let us know.
