London based development agency Zodiac Media recently wrote a tutorial on how to use Capistrano in conjunction with Drush to perform one line deploys of Drupal 7 websites. The tutorial includes a full Capistrano deploy 'recipe' script, complete with comments, which you can re-use for your own projects. It's the same script that we use to deploy our Drupal 7 sites with so it's well tried and tested.
