When I installed devel_themer in module it says simplehtmldom (missing)
needs review.

I have facing trouble from that file missing and theme developer is disabled from that missing file.please help.

Hi, you need to download and install the simplehtmldom API:

https://drupal.org/project/simplehtmldom

Then activate the modules - Devel, Simplehtmldom, and Theme Developer
