Videos HTML5

Hello,

can I configure the gallery for embeding videos with the (html 5) -Tag ... to show uploaded videos in a format, that the browser can play directly, even in the thumbnail or at least in the large-View? Now I have to click up to the video file (then it is played in the browser).

Or how can I add at least a preview image to the video-icon?
