Fatal error on html.tpl.php line 46

I installed the Omega theme, without activate it in anyway, when I tried to go to my site, it said it had a fatal error on omega/omega/templates/system/html.tpl.php
I had other theme set as default, like I said I hadn't activated it, I inmediatelly deleted Omega theme from the folder since I coulnd't use my drupal site and now it only stays blank, it seems like loading and nothing appears, this happens in all browsers, what the hell happened? what did this theme did to my site? I installed like I've installed 5 themes before, I don't get it
I add a photo of how my site is looking (nothing) I already restored the database and nothing happened, shoot.
