Problem/Motivation

Some contributed field modules output markup which is not compatible with RDFa. The schema.org module should implement specific hook implementation to insert the appropriate markup in the field formatters.

Proposed resolution

Add a new module "schema.org contrib" to support the most popular fields, starting with fivestar and addressfield.

I've committed this patch for now so more people can start testing this new feature.
