I believe something has changed in search api 1.9 and the dev build which has broken the facetapi pretty paths taxonomy term base path url (on my site at least)

in the path where it should be generated as (it did in the older version)

taxonomy/term/11/facet/facetname

the module now does not seem to acknowledge the term id from the url and instead replaces it with a %25

eg.

taxonomy/term/%25/facet/facetname

i have tried running the latest dev of facetapi pretty paths but this not fix the issue.
I also tried looking back through the issue queue and it seems this problem has arisen before but was somewhat solved previously.

im not 100% sure if these related issues are related but these are what i found in my research

Actually upon further investigation and disabling pretty paths i still have the problem so this seems to be more a search api module issue

Just for other peoples reference, I eventually discovered this issue was caused by the Taxonomy display module
