I understand your reasoning, but there's really nothing to be consistent here with: of all Search API-related modules, only a little less than half (I'd say) have "Search API" contained in their name. So if you're going to use that to find relevant modules, it won't work anyways (unless we start an initiative to change the names of all of those). Instead, just use the "Search" category where (nearly) all of them are.
