I really like the user experience of working with this module, but when it is enabled, I cannot add a relationship in Views.
Does anyone know why this might be?

I have been using Chosen for some time, and have built several views with Relationships during that time. I just tested it out again, and I don't see the problem.

There was a problem I had at one point that some Views functions did not work properly if used jQuery Update and set the version too high--that caused problems for the Views UI. But with the beta1 removing the dependency on jQuery Update, and the Dev version of jQuery Update supplying a separate setting for Admin screens (i.e., the Views UI screens that can be set back to 1.5.x), there shouldn't be any problem working with the Views UI.

Try upgrading to 7.x-2.0-beta1, check your jQuery Update settings (if any) to make sure that you aren't too high (>1.8 I think), then see if you still have the problem.

Downgrading from Major to Normal, since there is a workaround of disabling Chosen while building the view relationships (if indeed there is a bug).
