Problem/Motivation

As with #1966436: Default *content* entity languages are not set for entities created with the API there could be an issue with changing the name of an Configuration Entity via API that the default language configuration is not copied over to the new name. Not sure about this, this issue is to find out if this is the case (and help myself to not forget about it)

Steps to reproduce this were asked for seven months ago and none have been provided. This Issue Summary itself and the title indicate that this may not be a problem. Since there is not enough information here to investigate I am closing this very quiet issue.
