Ran a clean install of a local instance but only version 2.1.2 was installed.
I ran a public install on a VPS and 2.1.3 was installed.

How can I force 1.3 on the local instances?

How do you run this install exactly? It is not possible, unless you are using old copies of downloaded install scripts directly.

It's not happening anymore. I've run the install thousands of times in the past so I know it was happening when I initially posted the issue but can't reproduce which is a good thing.
