Part catalog pdf based on table - problem with table headline on each site [#2144987]

Hi guys,
I would like to create a view that generates a PDF file that will be parts catalog. Each part is a node that have taxonomy element.
I create a PDF in the PDF table layout and here I have the first question - how to repeat the headline table on each page?
The second question - how to group results using fields that are turned off from view with additional info like in the normal view (Bold field name)?
Last question how to set how many table rows have to be displayed on each site?

Currently PDF files look like:

You can use the "head" in you display views.

Eh sorry, don't get this question.

On the page settings you can set the number of rows.
