I get the following reported as a broken link:
Link check of http://example.org/?q=node/2469?q=node/1952 failed once (status code: 404).
The link is : <a href="?q=node/1952">link</a>
This link points to an existing node which displays fine.
Arguments ("?q=node/2469") are not stripped when the link is checked, which means that link checker checks a non-existing URL.
