How to use AdvAgg module

It seems murky... I see sparse doccumentation how to disable aggregation, and moreso about different auto-advagg configurations.... it makes me confused about basic advagg operation with barracuda.... I mean.... When its enabled by barracudda, the modules show disbled by barracudda, but I know that to disable aggregation you must edit some inis... so should the advag module be enabled or even completely removed from my module dir since its built into boa? Sorry for the confusion. I am confused.
