Hi. I could not find any previous issue opened for this. My apologies if it's a duplicate.

I'd like to be able to add modules to be disabled when you pick "Disable developer modules". For example, I don't like the "Contextual menus" unless I'm working with blocks and views, so it would be great to select that to automatically be disable and reenabled based on if I am doing development work or not.
