Remove calls to deprecated global $user in system module Tests [#2150869]

Remove $GLOBALS['user'] from simple tests.

/core/modules/system/lib/Drupal/system/Tests/*

This is because of this in the Change Record

"NOTE: The global $user variable still exists as it is necessary for certain portions of the installer and simpletest..."

Needs a workaround to get it out of there.

Thanks for your work on this! We're going to do these in a single patch where possible. See #2163203: Remove calls to deprecated global $user wherever possible (outside bootstrap and authentication). Please help ensure everyone who's collaborated on these is added to a proposed commit message in that issue's summary.
