SimpleTest of feeds patches fails with 11 exceptions:

Undefined index: content-type,

Function: http_request_get_common_syndication()

At least in following issues:
#2150789: CSV files with multi-character-delimiter
#2149829: Import/Update 0 value to text field
#2148809: Preserve original filename
#982150: Multiple mappings to the same target

Possibly related to:
#1372074: feeds_http_request does not cache when using drupal_http_request.
#1109220: Feeds should be case-insensitive while parsing headers
