I created a google form which can be seen on dogstar.org to collect names of folks that are interested in different roles. Folks should feel free to add to that list - I'll check it regularly. You can also edit this issue.

If we chose CU as the venue in #2032537: Determine Camp Location for 2014, I will handle reserving the venue as well as coffee and catering. The order for both needs to be placed by my department at CU (for the best rates).

I would suggest 8:30am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for setup and staying until 5:30 for cleanup would be great.

We can get in at 7:00 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Registration starts at 8:30 - so that will be way too late for setup - it would create some level of chaos trying to do both at the same time. Please show up between 7:00 am and 7:30 am on Saturday for setup and we'll assign tasks on site. Sunday should be way faster setting up than Saturday - 8:00 should be plenty early enough. Friday won't be hard, there will be a few of us, showing up at around 7:30ish. Staying until 5:30-ish for cleanup would be terrific.

@All, Unfortunately I am not available all day Friday but can certainly come in before work to help with setup and come back after work to help cleanup. On saturday I am only available in the AM as I too have a wedding that evening. Sunday I will be unavailable altogether. Please let me know if you need my help. Thx!

Naomiwells - help with setup and breakdown would be very welcome. We might need some help at registration, though that looks largely handled. Room monitors/hallway helpers would be helpful too. Find me when you arrive and we'll put you to work.
