Rebuilding a feature using "drush features-export" generates a .info file with the features_exclude[field_base] declarations after the features_exclude[field] lines. This is different to exporting from the UI which generates them in front.

It would be great if the export could be consistent so alternating between the UI and drush does not generate file diffs that are not actual changes.
