I added a Vertical Response Captcha form to a block in the sidebar but the Captcha characters do not appear. I don't get an error message. It is just blank. I don't have caching enabled. If I type something into the response field, it takes me to a separate VR created window that does give the user a 2nd chance and does show the Captcha. What am I doing wrong? I installed the Captcha and Image Captcha modules. I am not able to determine the VR form name (I gave it one) but it doesn't show up in the form list in order to configure Captcha and when I try to type it in I get a form id error.

soxofaan CreditAttribution: soxofaan commentedWhat is VerticalResponse and what has this to do with CAPTCHA?

kunzers CreditAttribution: kunzers commentedI thought it required the Captcha module but I must be mistaken.

soxofaan CreditAttribution: soxofaan commentedI still don't understand
"it" = vertical response?
and do you mean "captcha requires vertical response"?
my original questions also still stands: "what is vertical response?"

kunzers CreditAttribution: kunzers commentedhttp://www.verticalresponse.com/ - it is a company that provides email mailing options. They have an opt-in form that is supposed to give me code to imbed in Drupal to enable me to collect email address from potential clients. I also tried creating a webform but the code from vertical response is already a form so it doesn't seem to work. I also tried just putting it in the block but that didn't work either. Either way the captcha is not visible. Obviously I have no idea what I'm doing but I was hoping that you or someone would know. Pretty please?
Thanks, Sharon

kunzers CreditAttribution: kunzers commentedBy the way, I inherited this website in 6.x and I'm trying to recreate it in 7.x. The actual website is www.rcgc.org (6.x) and judy.rcgc.org (7.x)

kunzers CreditAttribution: kunzers commentedI finally figured out that the code that Paypal gave me to insert a signup form with Captcha was being converted/edited by the Source editor when I edited the page. I had to manually make changes to get it to work.
