Only include the styles needed for the active color palette

Problem/Motivation

Currently Commons Origins includes all styles for all palettes. This is a lot of extra style that is not needed and is purely bloat.

Proposed resolution

Use a sass template and generate separate css files for each of the color schemes. When a palette is selected, only include the css required for it. IT will also be good to make the "Default" setting a true palette to minimize style bloat even more.
