hello every body
i want to know about drupal mechanism
for example : how does drupal authentication work or what is the login's steps on the drupal??

is there a book for this?

please help me friends

There is a lot of documentation on this site (follow Documentation menu item at top of this page) for users of all levels.

If you already have some php programming knowledge (as I assume since you want to know how authentication works: non-programmers need not look under the hood in this way) some key resources are the books Drupal Pro Development, and Definitive Guide to Drupal 7; also see the drupalize.me and buildamodule.com videos. Fundamentally the login process which is built into Drupal core is the same as that for Wordpress, so to get a basic concept of the structure of it, you need not look more deeply.

These video publishers I mentioned also have video series aimed at non-programmers, and there are books aimed at non-programmers too. For using the contributed Panels and Views modules see videos on nodeone.se and the books Drupal's Building Blocks. There is a books page somewhere on this site. Navigation on this site is not great but usually you can find what you need here via Google.
