Issues with CSS, Contexts and other Randomness

I recently updated Open Public from beta1.04 to beta19. The update went fine, but broke a few contexts/themes it appears.

First:
The user/login page block for 'Most Viewed' and 'Stayed Connected' blocks are below the login rather than in their correct area in the sidebar. I am not sure if this is something through CSS or a context, but it is making the login of the OpenOmega 7.x-1.0 (default theme) difficult. Anywhere to go on this?

Second:
The front page is all the sudden showing up all the 'promoted to front page' items. The context still shows that the front page content area is turned off, but it doesn't appear to be. Another item to where I could use some help on where to go!

Third:
The top bar with 'home' and 'login' no longer exists for some reason. Was this deprecated?

Once again, I have been looking around and I have been looking for an issue with no luck...any insight would be nice!
