I listened to the lullabot podcast about jquery and Drupal (http://www.lullabot.com/audiocast/lullabot-podcast-53-javascriptjquery) and it was mentioned that upgrading to jquery 1.2.x with this module was not supported or recommended. Are minor version updates ok? Is 1.1.4 OK to update too.

Also, I asked a question awhile ago on the Drupal support list about the compatibility issues of using JQuery 1.2.x in Drupal and no one seemed to have any idea if this was a bad idea. This might be something to mention in the documentation of JQuery_Update.

I had similar problem, can't get FCKEditor 2.6.x running in drupal 5.7, but it works with jquery_update.
