A patch to add the supported file and MIME type information to the oembed and oembed_thumbnail file formatters.

Tested #1 and confirmed that the file formatters continued to function properly while being properly restricted to the appropriate file and MIME types.

Committed #1 to oEmbed 7.x-1.x.

Doesn't appear as formatting option on any of the file types, except for "oEmbed image", which is defined in file_formatter_info_alter.
Running on media 2.0-alpha3 . Proper testing needed I guess

The "oEmbed image" formatter is separate from the "oEmbed" and "oEmbed thumbnail" formatters.

If you are having problems with that formatter in particular, I'd suggest filing a separate issue.
