I have a weird problem. I have two event types on my site, with different date fields and I want to create an ical feed with both event types. I tried to reformat the output of one to include both, but that isn't working.

How would I go about doing this?

You'll need to use the "First populated date field" option in the iCal Fields plugin.

If you previously chose to use the "iCal Entity" plugin, you'll need to change it to "iCal Fields", and then set up the views fields that you want to display in your feed. Check out the instructions here. By including both date fields in your view, the "First populated date field" option will include whichever one it can find.
