Hi guys! Don't know what I write by address, but I can't to publish my article at groups.drupal.org. Always when I try to publish link in text I get error. Maybe I do something wrong? See screenshots in attachment.

Hmm, problem with links was solved, but notice one thing. You have a limit to links in body? Here is article https://groups.drupal.org/node/392053 and if I try to add new link in body I see error and my submission marked as spam.

Not sure why the spam check suddenly suspects you of being a spammer, but I switched your role so it will skip the spam check for you now.
