View from part of current node title

Hi,

I have a small image bank : 1 node = 1 image (content type "photo" with image field).

The title is the ID of each image. Ex.: 2008.17.09 : "2008.17" is the number of the film and "09" the number of the image.

When looking at an image, I would like to have a view (block in content region) that will show all the other images from the film from which comes the current image.

I know that part of the url (...photo/2008.17) will be the key to filter the images, but I'm lost between arguments and relationships.
