If I use keyboard right or left arrow keys to see next or previous images,
pop up window will move about 17px left or right side (other way of the keyboard arrow keys).

I want to fix this problem, but I have no clue how to fix this.

Just to make clear, you are using the drupal module or this one you pointed in url? Because this page is nothing about the drupal module, they both have the same name, but drupal module uses its own javascript, not this external library.
