Problem/Motivation

When trying to add a new lesson/maintainer, the dropdown to specify which lesson/maintainer is floating at the bottom of the page on top of content where it doesn't belong. This causes users to be confused when trying to add lessons to ladders or maintainers to lessons.

Proposed resolution

Move the dropdown right below the box to enter a lesson/maintainer.
